I was told today by my doctor that I have a hormone imbalance. I've been feeling like crap for the past 2 months and my menses have been completely off. I've been spotting for 10 days then heavy for 7 days. My doctor told me that my fsh and lh levels are off. She basically told me that i'm not ovulating and that i'm infertile. She then told me to give it 2 more months and hopefully things will go back to normal. If they don't go back to normal then she suggested that I take clomid. I'm completely frustrated and confused. Why should I have to wait 2 more months when she already knows what's wrong with me. She knows i'm trying to get pregnant so why wait? Has anyone gone through anything like this? Just wondering if I should see another doctor or if I should just wait the 2 months.
