Q: Swollen Part On Penis

Ok I have had to stop masturbation due to a sore spot on my penis, but I couldnt take it today and I had to masturbate. So I just rubed one spot. A little while after this I looked at my penis and noticed that that one spot is swollen. Is this normal or what is going on here? :(

Did you perhaps rub the skin away making it raw?

Yeah I didnt use any lotion and if could of made it a little raw

With hpv, I would say you should be more inclined to use a lube of some kind, I think it will drastically decrease your uncomfort.
