Hi..I was just wondering.. How quickly
can your blood pressure change? A week?
2 weeks?
Mine is usually 110/70ish. I check it
often..And it's usually around there.
Recently..I was busy, busy, busy, and when
about to go to sleep at nights..Noticed
that it would feel like my heart would
pump really strongly...I also noticed my
heart skipping beats here and there.
Worried when this happened, I had my blood
pressure checked at the docs and it was
128/89. Also, I told her about the
skips. ..But nothing really came out of
that. I told my doc this bl wasn't
normal for me but she said its ok because
it still falls under the normal range.
A few weeks have passed and my bl is back
to its normal range.
Anyone know why it went up and stayed up
for about a week..Then went back down??
It scares me!

As far as I know blood pressure varies
constantly throughout the day,
depending on what time it is, what you're
doing,how you're feeling etc.
It can completly change within an hour,
that's perfectly normal.

Your said you were busy , busy, busy.
Stress raises your blood ppressure no
matter what. Stress can be physical or
emotional, it doenst matter. As long as
it is in normal ranges you have nothing to
worry about.
