How old are you? They don't look like much other than a little piece of white dried skin or something sticking out of them/hanging off of them correct? Almost, but not, like little zits or something? If so, I had the same thing on the upper part of my one arm. I don't know what causes it, but just washing daily with some good soap caused it to go away.
