You can take a pregnancy test before your period is due, but I wouldn't take it more than 3 or 4 days before you're expected period date. The brand called "answer" says you can take it up to 5 days before you're missed period.

I think its more accurate if you leave it until the day your due. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks to find out ( since ovulation) and I still have a few days to go. I would love to know now but know I should wait :)
