So i've been wearing the patch since
january this year! I dont smoke anymore
(since may) but I got scared when I heard
about all the side effects on the news
about blood clots and strokes and all.
Just today... I took off the patch - I
had actually just got off my period and
starting a new patch yesterday! After
having a perfect cycle for 10+ years..I'm
afaid this will throw my cycle off!
Honestly I have never been on the pill -
but i'm hoping I could get a prescription
soon. Need some advice...

Well, i'm new to birth control, and I just
started nuvaring. It's a device that is
inserted into the vagina for 3 weeks, then
removed for one week, then you repeat the
cycle. It's super easy to use, it even

hormones, which is a plus that the patch

are sooooooo many methods other than the
