Well there is no point waiting around for him. It looks to me like all hes doing is getting his freedom and getting his sex when he wants it. You should do your own thing and dont jump when he calls. You have a life too, not just him. Ive even said this before to a guy --> "when you decide out of your busy schedule that you wanna see me, then call, but I cant garantee ill be around" in fact ive said it a few times! Lol.
