Hi,

i have also been addicted to self harm recently. What do you think you cause of your self harm is? Are you feeling unhappy at school or at home?

Pm me if you feel the need to ever talk.
Take care xx.

Tell someone who can help you. I am not a professional, but it could be that u r hypoglycemic (i think) regardless, you need to talk to a school councelor or someone you trust. Something is not right, and there is better ways to handle your problems. For some reason, this is how you cope--i guess. Get help. You are so young. Don't go through life feeling like no one cares, because someone, somewhere always does. Good luck.

Hey,

I cut too. This is the first time i've admitted on the forum. I started when i was only 10, i'm 15 now and cutting again, but i have stopped before. You could try doing something else when you feel like cutting, something that would substitute cutting, i've heard snapping a rubber band against your wrist could help; i've never done it but it's worth a try, right?

Good luck Smile
