I am 21 years old & planning on stopping birth control very soon in the next few days and am wondering what to expect. I have tried 3 differnt types of birth contol over the last 1 1/2 including ortho tri cyclin, seasonale, and recently the patch. My concerns are how long the withdrawl bleeding generally lasts? And how long until normal fertility and ovulation occurs?

Ovulation and fertilty return in as little as 2 weeks after you stop bleeding, even less. I cannot use hormonal contraception(pills, patch, ring nothing) and when I stopped I ovulated 2 weeks after my period (withdrawal bleed) started.
