Late at night just when i'm about to go to bed I get this weird sensation just under my right breast near my rib cage.

Its like a muscle spasm but alot faster!!!! It seems to only happen when I take a deep breath in and let it out slowly. I have been having trouble falling asleep (which happens at the best of times). Its really irritating and would like to know what it possibly is!!

If I go to the doctor they probably wouldn't be able to find anything cause it only happens at night time. Any suggestions on what it might be???
