Hi , I would like to know whether I will get pregnant( if so , what are the chances ?) even if I taken the first pill in the first 2 hours and the second pill only 24 hours later due to a miss of the timing ? And are there any side effects having taken the pill ?

wouldn't be nice if in life we could just take a pill to erase our indiscretions? But the outcome is less than perfect. I don't know about the medical side effects but the emotional ones can't be good. The "pill" monkeys with your hormones. Aren't we ladies hormonal enough? So I am saying just don't do the deed if you aren't prepared to handle the aftermath. Hang in there chick. You have a great big life ahead of you and sex is such a little part of it.

All morning after pills are is birth control, it is pretty much an overdose of birth control. You are supposed to take 5 pills, and then 5 pills 12 hours later (make sure time is exact) and then one pill everyday after that at the time until the pack is finished. If you do not follow it, it will not be as effective.

I went with my cousin down to the health department here to get the morning after pill. Now she took the pills the right way but they told her that it is not 100% accurate. That if the pill works it works but if you have those pills in your system and u get pregnant anyway that your baby could be born with severe birth defects...That scared me. They should have given you an information packet on the pro's and con's when you went into get this type of pill...
