Hi ladies this is my 4th pregnany so I feel like a right fool asking but i'm fed up. I'm 34weeks and my baby boy is head down but still really high. My other 3 had engaged by now and were ready to come out. I don't go to 40 weeks and I don't want to start. 38 then 34 and then 37. Is there anything I can do to help him engage????? Also I lost a heap of yuckky stuff on the week-end but was not blood stained. Was that the plug?? It happend twice and then nothing :( my doc says he's a good size and I just want him out (this is the last one for me) so any advise??? I should know the in's and out's about all this stuff by now but each pregnancy is different.
Thankx :)

Hi congrats to you!! I was watching a birthing show on t.V. And they had a woman do different floor exercises to get the baby to move down and get into the right position..Such as the pelvic rock, and puching the baby with your hands....If you know some of the pregnancy exercises for birthing positions try them..The show said that these simple things really work!!!
