For the past two weeks ive been experiencing a numbness in my left hand mainly in the pinky and ring finger. I think its being caused by a pinched nerve in the elbow region. But as of now im not sure about it. What could be causing this problem..

Hi! I had exactly the same symptoms about two years ago, this happened after using a computer game joystick continuously for about 3 hours one night, sitting with my elbow elevated in a funny position. The next day my shoulder was in pain, and my pinky and ring finger in my right hand was numb with a prickly needles and pins numbness feeling.
