Okay so this is very unusual thing to ask for help on but here it goes okay I have never had trouble getting it up with a female before but now it seems its a huge challenge, I was with this girl the other day we were getting ready to have sex and I couldn't get it up, when I finally got it up, it got soft again, I got hard once again and then put it in but I still couldn't keep it hard, the next day I thought I give it a shot again and yet again the samething was happening even with the girl's help (foreplay) I still couldn't get it up and when I did, samething happened and once again I was embarrassed im 18 and had sex many many times and am only starting to have problems please help im worried

How often do you masturbate/ejaculate? You might try going for a few days between ejaculations/masturbations before sex. Here are some similar topics which may help to give you some ideas...
