When is it that I am the least fertile during my period cycle?

Its my first time and I dont know what to wait for.

I want to know what kind of precautions I need to take in order to not get pregnant, besides condoms?

When is the best time to do it if I dont want to get pregnant? :?:

Every woman is different and every cycle for each woman is different. In all honesty the best way to insure you won't get pregnant is through contraception. Otherwise you will spend each month nervous about your period even coming. Don't do that to yourself :)

there are so many new forms of contraception out there...And it's well worth the ability to relax.
