Hello -

i came up with a username and password for my mother in law so she could easily get onto this forum, but I made the mistake of doing it from my computer - even though I provided her email address in filling out the "application." so now she can't log on cause they're I guess expecting her to use my computer.

Any ideas about what to do? When she tries to log on it keeps saying that somebody else already has her account (me!).
