Trying to find out the pros and cons of inversion therapy. Does it really work? I've been researching it online and seems worth investigating. Any feedback would really be appreciated. 8)

All I can say is that it works for some but not for others. Have you talked with your dr about it.
Good luck! Keep us posted.

If you have been diagnosed with a real back condition, inversion therapy will not work just like most other "alternative treatments" I would be apt to day, go to a real doctor.... Md or do in the orthopedic spine field and have the necessay testing done to make sure you are not in some kind of danger of injuring yourself by using the quackery techniques sold by folks that have little or no qualification to develope or sell home remedy stuff.
