Q: Vessel Bulb On Penis

I have an uncircumised penis. There is a vein/blood vessel that goes from the outer skin and connects under the foreskin. When I roll the foreskin back slightly there is a noticeable bulb on the outerskin. Also, about 1.5cm from the top on my penis, on foreskin there is another bulb where the vein/blood vessel runs. It seems like an air bubble along the vein. Could it somehow of came from masturbation where you hold it, and not releasing your semen ?

Does anyone know if this is natural?

I doubt that this is caused by masturbation. It sounds like vericouse veins of the penis?! Perhaps it is a blood clot?

Are you refering to the vein itself or this "bump" that is located near the vein. If you mean the vein itself, it might be a varicose vein (as james said) or a thrombosed vein.

Veins run through the penis, there what let us go flaccid and not have a boner all day.

The bump/bubble is along the vein/vessel. It looks like something had have blocked some flow and the vessel/vein expanded causing it to be bubble like.

Interesting; have you talked to a doctor or anyone about it?
