I noticed that I had impotence right after having surgery for a deviated septum in my nose, is there any possible connection?

Were you on any post surgery medication? The medication could have caused some problems, but other than that, I don't think there is any connection.

Meds
Yes I was on meds for pain such as valium and two others that I cant remember. But its weird because I had a raging sex drive with the same girl befroe the surgery and then after the surgery I had none so I find myself blaming the surgery because of the coincidental time period or maybe it was the meds that initiated the ed problem and then from there it became pyschological.

Valium.... I think your problems were probably caused by the medication. Are you still on the meds? It may take quite some time for the negative sexual affects they had to wear off.

The surgery happened a year and a half ago, I was on the meds for about three days, then my first case of ed happened about 5 days later, and ever since then its been a problem

Hmmm, the effects from the meds wouldn't last that long. Have you seen a doctor about your problem?
