Well..
Im not sure about scoliosis (i dont think it would affect it, I guess it depends on how severe it is) but are you taking about cushings syndrome? My mom has cushings disease, and its not heriditery. I dont have it, neither does my siblings
however, you might want to consider losing weight before getting pregnant. This will lower your chances of developing preclampsia in your pregnancy, and make it easier on your body during labor, thus reducing your chances for a c-section.

I have scoliosis too...Alot of ppl actually have a little bit and they just don't know it. What is cushion syndrome? I've never heard of that. The best thing to do is talk to your doctor. They will give you advice and maybe be able to give you some papers you can read about it. I asked my doctor some questions...I have hypoglycemia and I wanted to know if it would be bad to get pregnant, and they said I just have to take care of myself and gave me a bunch of papers to read about the condition and pregnancy. Maybe they have something like that for scoliosis and cushion syndrome too.
