Q: Testicle Pain

I was diagnosed with chlamydia when I was 20 years old. I received the shot in the leg, and a week prescription of doxycycline. However before I went to the doctor, during the time I had chlamydia and did not know, my testicles were very sore, and the pain seemed to be radiating from my epididymes. After the treatment for chlymedia the pain seemed to subside for about a week. Ever since that time I have had pain in my right testicle, and swelling of the epididymes. I have also noticed a lump in the epididymes itself. Not actually attached to the testicle, but right where the epididymes attaches itself to the testicle. I have had this pain and swelling that seems to come and go for about 3 years now. Sometimes my testicles will be red and hot and swollen and sometimes no pain is noticeable.

My question is, can it possibly be epididmytis, even though I was treated with antibiotics for chlamydia? I also noticed once that I had a small amount of blood in pre-ejaculation fluid. This only happened one time. The pain also seems to radiate to my leg on the effected side of the testicle and the adjacent testicle as well.

Thank you for your time.

Is it possible? Yes. The fact that blood was released in the "pre-cum" is a very bad sign. Have you visited a doctor? I think that this is the best thing you can do at this point.
