Q: Migraines Cause Weakness/clumsiness In Both Arms?

For the last couple of days, I have had pressure in my head which I originally attributed to a sinus infection, but today I have all the classic migraine symptoms. Decreased peripheral vision, lots of pressure, shakiness, etc...

My question is, for the last couple of days (since about tuesday) I have also had this feeling of weakness/clumsiness in my arms. I went to the Dr. About this and he said that it was most likely muscle fatigue. Could the migraine actually be causing this? The feeling is exactly like how your arms would feel after doing a lot of bicep curls. Clumsy, slower to respond, a little shaky, have to be a little more deliberate when grabbing things, etc... Anyone else had this?
