Your body is now coming into it's own natural cycling. Your best bet is to try using an ovulation test kit. You can buy them in your local pharmacy, grocery store or online. Generally you ovulate 11 to 18 days before your expected af date. A good sign of ovulation occuring soon is abundant cervical mucus that is of egg white consistancy.
