I have a bulimia for 2years ,had anorexy before ,my aim was tree kilos-6pounds less even I had ideal weight.It is hard when u are obsesed with your look.It can ruine everything,now I just have ambisios to go on with sience I study and with loving people ,but I am not able to control myself…i stillthrow everything away…have a depression state almost every day,it is hard to live like that.U should love zourself and have selfrespect!U also have to change somethings that make u feel bad if it would not harm on some other way,like anorexy or bulimia.I suggest u to restrict your daily needs for food on 70%,but not more.Maybe slow coming results,but effective and also not harmful…do not eat oiled or fat food,kendies should be restricked on 1 little chocolate per day-max 200kcal.Do not eat home made cookies couse u do not know haw much energy is in them.
If it is hard for u that way try this,
18 pound less for 2 weeks,but u must lead it to the end it will improve your metabolism ….
