I have a sinus infection, but over the last couple of days I have also started to feel weakness/shakiness in my arms. It's like my muscles cannot relax or something. It sometimes take an effort to do things like lift a cup, or spoon, etc... This just started two days ago. Is it possible to have this from a sinus infection? Everything I am reading on the next about arm weakness, etc... Is pretty scary. Please help!

Sounds like strp or something other than just a virus--have you been to the dr?

Strep can affect your whole body and needs antibiotics to cure, or could it be mono--that one is really bad. Seems like strep or bad virus when you get it, but it wrecks hovac on your whole body too. Fever over 101 can also make you feel like death! Do you have a fever?

No fever so far. I am going to see the Dr. This afternoon. I have never felt anything like this. It's truly bizarre and scary.

The Dr. Says that it is most likely muscle fatigue. It has been going on since tuesday and counting. My arms feel weak and clumsy, exactly like after doing a bunch of bicep curls.

I also have what I believe is a migraine right now, so I am wondering if that could be the cause as well?

Did they do any blood work--i just dont trust them ever. They just send a person off with any little kind of explaination to get them to go home.!!!

Im sorry I just dont trust them, they have failed me more times than they have helped me. And I have been right on every turn with myself and my children---whether dr confirmed it or not. Or confirmed it later after the "possibility of cure or repair of it"--had already passed.

Did they do any tests??
