Hi all,

i am a diabetic and I have been searching for a multivitamin that has not been sweetened with aspartame or any of it's brothers ie. Sucralose etc..

Does anyone know of multivitamins that are naturally sweetened with stevia?

Thanks in advance for your help..... :d

For Those Who Wish to Know ...
I have found a diabetic multi vitamin it's called alpha betic with no sugar, or artifical colours or flavours, no salt, no yeast, barley, gluten or wheat, no corn or dairy products, milk or preservatives.

I found them at k-mart of all places. And for 30 tablets they are $11.97 something around there, they could be cheaper elsewhere. I'm in hawaii and everything here is very expensive.

Maybe, I just said maybe, u should consider on eating more fruits? Maybe the natural suggar is good for u'r diabet (allthought I don't know which type u are involed with). And maybe having a good diet will help you reduce the side-effect of your diabet? Maybe.. And maybe u don't needs vitamins...Y would u need them if u eat correctly? Won't someone tells me?

natural sweetener - ZSWEET
Hi, it is difficult to find anything without some Aspartame, Sucralose etc. but in the States last month I came across ZSWEET,
it all natural, zero calorie and it does not raise blood sugar levels.
Best of all it tastes great. You might get it in Hawaii but unfortunately it is not here in Europe. All the best L,

Adsederq...

Ask and ye shall receive. First, we need to define "need". If you define "need" as the amount of vitamins and minerals you need to obtain RDA amounts, then yes...it's possible to obtain those levels IF you eat right. However, most people do not eat right. Plus, the RDA levels are the MINIMUM amount one needs to get to prevent classic diseases such as scurvy and rickets. The RDA of Vitamin C is 60mg, or one orange. That will prevent scurvy.

However, if you define "need" as the amount you need to obtain optimum levels, then it becomes fairly difficult to get those amounts through the food you eat. For example, an optimum amt of Vitamin C is 1000-2000mg/day. Vitamin E is 400IU/day. You would need to eat about 33lbs of spinach/day to get this amount. Part of the problem stems from minerals being leached from the soil, modern farming techniques, and food processing.
