Hi all

i started bleed very heavily after a doing a intravaginal ultrasound. Literally 45 minutes later. I was admitted to the local hospital and the only answer I got was that the bleeding was taking place below the placenta where the baby is developing. Today I am now passing a heavy brownish liquid with a little clotting. My doctor insist that everything is ok as long as its not bright red and no cramping I shouldn't worry. However my doctor is away for the week and I started feeling very weak. During a visit to the hospital they did another ultrasound that shows the area below the placenta where the bleeding started is larger that the first ultrasound.

Any idea on what that means or what I should do. I am now on bedrest for another week or so.
