Recently I have discovered tiny open red sores on my vaginal lips. They bleed when I squeeze them and they are quite painful when I walk. I thought they could be herpes but I have never had sex or oral sex. Is it a rash? Will they go away?

I thought it could be herpes too, but you might want to go see a doctor so that they may treat it for you. You should go soon because it might spread or never go away.
