My fiance has 4 kids and one was from me before he had the vasectomy procedure done. He just got it done in october 2003 and now after having my son I want another kid from him . Is it possible that we can have kids still if the reversal is succesful. If so how long does it take to get pregnant? I really wanting another child from him and I have to know

My partner had a vasectomy reversal about 3 or 4 years ago, after a vas. About 16 years ago. The reversal was successful, but his sperm had developed antibodies, which rendered him basically infertile. It's still possible to have kids in theory. We're having ivf - they knock the antibodies off the sperm in the lab.

Dh had a reversal after 24 years here, was a slip of the knife when he was 4. Yep we still had to pay for it as it was a reversal. Failed zero count still. The sooner after the cut the better the chance of it working is what we were told. We even had a top doctor in the area doing dh's surgery but it just didn't work even though we reconnected using the non-scared tube that had a non functioning testical, to the working testical.
