Q: My Man Gave Me Oral Sex With a Peppermint In His Mouth! Help

My man just recently gave me oral sex with a peppermint in his mouth. I didn't even know he was doing it until after about 10 minutes. Then it felt really cool down there. He read about it in some book. But now i'm felling kinda irritated down there...Feels like a yeast infection. Has anyone else experienced this. Although it felt nice, if I have a yeast infection because of that I will never let him do it again. Help please!!

I would clean the area with a moist clean cloth, put on a fresh pair of underwear and give it a little bit. It could be irritated from the initial act. Where is it irritated? Outside or inside?

Its irritated on the outside, by the lips you know. But it kinda fells like a yeast infection. You think I would be causing any harm by just going and getting some one day monistat??

Well, i'd think that that would irritate anyone. Try to put a little baby powder inside of those fresh underwear...That may hep with the itching. Don't panic or anything..Like I said, it's not a suprise that it had that affect.

God bless and good luck,

teresa

Well, if it's not irriated on the inside and you are not having a weird or chuncky discharge, I wouldn't worry too much. I wouldn't get the monistat right now...If anything maybe vagisil cream for irritation and itching.

Hey I watched that sex talk on t.V. With that older woman and she had someone call in about this on her show...She said that a man can even have chocolate in his mouth while performing oral sex and it won't hurt you..Even if he loses it in you..So I would not worry=) you may have had a cut or even a rub type burn on yourself and the mint just irritated it...Just how mouthwash feels after brushing your teeth...Hope this makes you feel better.

Peppermint Oral

years ago I did the same thing with a woman I was dating, though with me it wasn't intentional.

You see, everytime right before we'd get together for the evening or night, I would pop in an peppermint lifesaver or some other mint. I would also do this right before sex as well.

Well, my lady friend went through the same problem as you, with the itching and everything, only we couldn't figure out what it was from. Finally, after thinking it through for awhile, we realized that it only happened when I ate the mints, so I stopped doing it. Only, my lady friend started telling me that there was a difference in the feel of my oral play, and again we surmised that it was because of the mints - or, rather, the absence thereof. So I started using mints from that point on - and still do to this day - but my now wife thouroghly washes up immediately after sex, and that seems to keep the itching at pay.

It has to do with the suger. Thats why flavord lubes are always best when suger free :)

(for the life of me, I cant remember where I learned this little fact, but 3 aunts as nurses and a friend who gives safer sex lectures, so I assume it was from one of them)

Thanks for setting them straight.
