For the last 5 years I have been getting a pimple like bump on the same spot of the shaft of my penis. Its like a pimple, hurts, then puss will come up and then within a week its gone. This last time though it ran its course but the spot still hurts, no bump though. Any ideas of what this is? Its almost like an ingrown hair, but I don't know.
