Hi. I am new here, so I am sorry if my problem is obvious but I do not know about it. My period has been late for a week, it has been somewhat unstable these past months. My fiance and I did have unprotected sex two weeks ago... If I start using birth control pills now, will it ensure I won't be pregnant? I have not used birth control pills before, should I start?!

take a test and but ur mind at rest

Don't start b/c pills until you know for sure you're not pregnant.
Go to your doctor and have a blood test...It's more accurate.

Taking birth control now will not stop you from being pregnant if you already are. You should take a test before you start any birth control.
