Lupus Forum - Anyone From Oklahoma?

This is my first attempt at locating an online support group & I am anxious to correspond with others that have lupus. I was diagnosed about 2 months ago, am taking placquenil & am having trouble pinning down what causes my flares. Any experiences (good or bad), information or suggestions anyone can give me will be most appreciated.

Thanks for responding! The doctor I see is in edmond oklahoma. Where do you live in oklahoma & is there a lupus support group in that town? I would love to start one here but have no idea how to go about it.

I also live in edmond. Who is your doctor? Join me in another lupus forum - coffeeshop forums. It's a real lifeline. I just found it this week and already feel I have a new home. This is a lonely disease. I'll write back later.....Please keep in touch. I'm 56 & live in ne edmond.

Hi,

I just found out today that I infact do have lupus. Dr. Romeo is my doctor. I HAVE A LOT OF QUESTIONS. I will have to write back later. I am in too much pain now.
