I decided to start back on antidepressants but this tension in the back of my head and the top won't go away and I can't sleep. I've been gettin horrible mirgranes too. Does anyone have any advice on how to releive this tension and sleep? It's like behind my ears and in the middle of the back of my head. It's starting to make me pretty out of it. I"m going running right now, hopefully that helps. Thank you.
