I have kp (little bumps that look like
pimples) on my arms, legs, back, face
& bum. I've tried exfoliants,
lac-hydrin topical cream, and regular
lotion just to keep it hydrated. I feel
like my skin is disgusting and i'm really
embarrassed of it. The bottom of my face
under my cheeks is the most embarrassing
because it looks like my face is red and
bumpy all the time. If anyone knows of
any other products I can try or a good
brand of makeup to use i'd be grateful.

Hello. I have keratosis pilaris. From
what i've read kp is really common! I've
been using multiple products to treat
mine, neutrogena skin smoothing body
lotion, carmol 20 and kiss my face soap
(with olive oil). I've seen a huge
improvement in my skin with this
combination. :d you can go to www.Helpforkp.Com
for more products recommended to treat it
and there's also a discussion forum there
too.
Hth!!

Oops! Forgot to say that I use bare
minerals and I absolutely love it! You
could also try dermablend make up which is
really good too.

Is that basically the same thing as heat
bumps? It sounds similar, but if not,
then how do you get rid of heat bumps?

I have the same exact thing! Little bump
on my upper arms. I always thought it was
just acne but it was wierd because I have
no acne on my face or anywhere else. So I
did some research and found out it was kp
keratosis pilaris. I went on [removed] and
ordered kp duty, I use it everyday and it
seems to be working really good. Actually
im just about to order more! Oh and the
most important thing is not to "pick"
them, it makes them worse and they even
come back more
