The only one of your conditions that seems odd to me is what you said about the base hurting when you are fully erect. Can you be a little more specific?

Drugs ?? Maybe that im not sure what else I could be

when I sleep I sleep on my stomach and my dick bends up so when I bend my dick down alot the bass of it hurts ,when im full erect it hurts some times. I dont see no damage and I dont feel none other then when I bend it down

It's not to uncommon for there to be some discomfort when you bend your penis in the opposite direction that it's bent, when it is fully erect. Pain no, discomfort yes.

I am 20 yrs old and having the same problem as you, viagra worked for me for awhile. But if your problem is all in your head ed drugs can help you build up your confidence and you can start at a large dose and keep lowering the dose until you feel that you dont need it.

remember though to consult your doctor, especially when starting anything with a "large dose."
