Hello everybody,
can someone please tell me what is the difference between anxiety attack and panic attack,isnt that the same thing?

Anxiety is present all the time and panic happens when the anxiety reaches its peak! That is the simple way that I would describe it

Yes, panic attacks are like an anxiety explosion. Sure wish I could send them back where they came from.
