Q: Pregnancy symproms : cramps , discharge ..

I am 26 years old and my husband and I just started trying to get pregnant about three months ago. I ovulated on the 31st and am now 7 dpo. This morning I have had weird dwinges and cramps in my legs and a white creamy discharge. Does anyone know if these are signs that I have conceived?
