I had a total knee replacement just 5 weeks ago and I have flexion of 110 on the torture chamber and I am still on pain pills but am walking with the help of a cane sometimes with no help and cannot keep my knee straight in bed is this normal I also cannot catch my balance at times so I hang onto walls if you can relate to this please let me know anything would be encouranging

Total knee replacement are traumatic for the body, and can take quite a long time to heal properly. You'll notice a gradual improvement and a gradual increase in your endurance 6 to 12 months after the surgery.
