I want to know does it matter what type prenatal vitamins u take before getting preggy and how early u should take them thanks.

My doctor gave me a bunch of free samples and I liked the one with the stool softener in it b/c when you are pregnant its easy to get constipated..

Yes. Actually it is ideal to take then 2 months before you concieve or more.

Either get a referral from your ob/gyn or there are some over the counter brands we carry one:

If you are not pregnant yet you can buy them at the drug store over the counter, I am not sure that it matters much on what brand
