Q: How Many Cycles of Clomid Before You Got Pregnant?

I just started taking clomid 50mg this cycle, and I am sure everyone is different, I just wanted to hear some success stories and see how long it took for people to conceive while on the meds. Also, do the side effects - i.E. Complete emotional wreck :) - subside during the month or do they last the entire cycle? Thanks for your info!!

I have been on Clomid for 4 months with no success yet. I am taking a cocktail combination of metformin, clomid & HCG injections. My Clomid was 100mg and this month they bumped me to 150mg. So we'll see. I'm getting very frustrated to say the least!

I started clomid on sept 16th(on my third day). THis is my first cycle. I have been extremely moody since around day six and its now day 21. I also have been having lower back pains. Have you had that? I hope all goes well.

Yes moody! Haven't had back pain. Just moody, irritable, tired, and grumpy!
