Help !!! I am facing a terrible problem
and I need immediate advice ! I have been
shiting and peeing at the same time and I
dont know if this is normal for a guy. I
have not seen this question on ur site
yet, and suspecting I might be suffering
from a damage nerve or something. I dont
not know if shiting and peeing at the same
time is normal , but I forgotten when it
has started. Please help!

Try changing the time you drink liquids
during the day or your eating time example
if you eat lunch at 12 noon, eat at
1:30pm.
