I just moved to a new country and have been dealing with a lot of things that I have to get use to... Do you think that it might be stress? Thanks for taking the time to read this

Im 19 weeks too and I also feel tired most of the day. It was alot worse in the first 12 weeks though. I did get my appetite back after 12 weeks.
Your symptoms can be from stress so you should maybe talk to your doctor.

I read that around this time your baby really needs lots or iron and some women may become anemic and you may start feeling more tired.

Check with your doctor to make sure everything is ok.
Goog luck
