Q: Long Lasted Flu

I'm 44 and suffer from accute sinusitis.I catch cold often and my tunsils get infected and my nose gets stuffy easily.These flu like symptoms last for a month every time I get flu.What can I do to protect my body?

Anahita,

if you want something safe that is alternative...I would choose some kind of natural antioxidants that will bring down the inflammation, minimize the fluids, and get on some good quality vitamins that will give you the complete and balanced nutrition you will need. They will also protect you from illness and infections for as long as you take them. It is not good to stay ill becuase the infections make the tissues more susceptible to more infections.

I went throught this myself untill I was sick all the time...My immune system became so weak. Now, I am doing alot better.
