Q: Periods After Birth Control

Hey, good to be here.
This will be my second month after birth control. I had a regular period the first month, but was a 30 day cycle. That is what it was before the pill.
I assume that this month would be the same. I was wondering if this month could be different than last month. If it is the same, my husband and I had sex on the 29th of october unprotected(we had been trying to using protection) which of course you know it would be the day I was ovulating on a 30 cycle. A few days later my right breast has been causing me agonizing pain, but none in the left. Could this be a sign of pregnancy or is this normal? I should not be able to tell if I am pregnant only a week after, should i? The suspense is killing me! Thanks for any answers!
