You could have a condition where your hymen is unusually thick and hard and therefore, harder to break causing more pain. This is a fairly common condition. You need to see a doctor who can actually diagnose you and they can usually take care of the situation the same day in the office. I would see your doctor regardless and start having annual exams which you should have been having every year since becomming sexually active.

When I lost virginity it hurt like hell the one thing I found the helped out was ky-jelly but it hurt the first time and got easier later, the more relaxed you are the less it hurts so have a glass of wine, take a bath to soften up even try kegals and lots of foreplay!!!!
