I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis approx 8 yrs ago, and this yr was dianosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. I suffered from extreme fatigue, joint inflamation and pain, muscle achiness, and brain fog, which is characteristic of these ailments.
I've tried many, many supplements and prescription meds, some which helped to various degrees and others that didn't help at all. Some things that helped have been drinking freshly juiced carrot juice (2 bags a day), barley grass 3x a day, and avoiding meat and sugar.
However, no matter what I took my symptoms worsened until I was losing 1-4 days a week in bed to extreme fatigue.
My aunt told me about himalayan goji juice so I decided to start drinking it. Two weeks after drinking it I quit losing days in bed. Two months after drinking it I have even more energy, less achiness, brain clarity, and a renewed desire to live!!
However, it is a very powerful juice! The juice has 4 polysaccharides that act as directors and carriers of instructions for the cells. In short, it's like putting your body on turbo drive--it makes your body work extraordinarily well! The juice has scientifically proven healing and anti-aging properties, there are 75 research studies that have been done on it, soon to be 76.
One study gave goji to mice to liver cancer. The goji inhibited the formation of cancer cells. Another study found that goji juice cleared out the toxins which cause alzheimer's.
I personally met a woman who had schlerodema, ra, lupus, a number of other autoimmune disorders, headaches, and extreme joint pain. She could hardly walk and had extreme fatigue. She started drinking himalayan goji juice in january, 8 oz a day. Her sleep and energy improved, and the pain went away. After drinking it for 7 mos her symptoms cleared up, with her dr's permission she quit taking her 17 prescription meds, and now drinks 4 oz a day. She feels great!
Is her radically improved health her imagination?? I think not.
If goji juice actually puts cancer and other diseases in remissions, as many, have testified to, and is a disease-preventative, as well as
possessing anti-aging benefits, I say it's well worth the cost!!
i have been. You are not alone. Regular good quality rest, healthy diet, no alcohol, regular mild to moderate exercise, and cymbalta are the most helpful. I also stretch frequently. It is a troublesome condition. I am afraid there are not likely any easy answers.
