Have numbness on right side of upper lip gradually moving upward to cover right side of nose and cheek. It happens with a headache specially on forehead and on right side. 2 years back it was lasting for about 30 minutes and now it is about 2-3 hours. The timing of occurence is same always. When I come out after taking bath with hot water, specially when I put hot water on head and blow nose heavily. It happens at the rise of winter season and this time about 2 times in a month. Mri, mra, ct, blood tests are normal except a sign of sinusitus on right side. Checked with doctors who rules out any tia. My neurologist said it is not even migraine, but I do not know why he has ruled out migraine. He advised a treatment for gad. Isn't it related to sinusitus? Or migraine? I want to know, can sinus create such kind of numbness. Migraine can certainly cause, which I have already checked.
