About a month and a half ago I had a miscarriage, once it was done with I started on the pill, which was just over 3 weeks ago. I started my 'reminder' pills sunday but still have not gotten my period yet. I used to take the pill years ago and I remember I would get my period the first day of the reminder pills or I would even start bleeding if I missed a pill and took it the next day. Since there was about a week and a half inbetween when I miscarried and when I was able to start the pill is there a posibility I could be pregnant again? Or maybe it is just taking longer for my body to get back on track? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Pregnancy is a possibility...Of course if you've had sex, especially if you did, unprotected, in the first week of your pills. However, the miscarriage, may be affecting your body also. If you don't get you period by the second to last pill call your doc.
