Hi, I am new to this site and have a
question. About a year ago I was
severly injured and ended up with two
large herniated diskd, one at l4, s1 and
l5 or something like that I would have to
get the papers to know exactly. I
know I have a pinched nerve and my spinal
cord is also pinched by these disks.
I dont have insurance and can't afford
surgery so I see a doctor monthly and she
helps control the pain. With these
herniated disks comes lots of leg pain and
sharp pain down my left leg from my buttox
to under my knee and it stops there.
Also I get cramps in my upper left
butcheck.
Now just recently only happens in my sleep
I wake up in the middle of the night 3-4
times with severe pain in the heal of my
feet. It feels like a million needles
pricking the bottom of my heal. This
is extreamly painful, just as bad as the
sharp leg pain if not worse.
My question is. Does anyone know what
is causeing my foot numbness/pain.
Should I go see my doctor immediatly about
it. Or what should I do. Its
causeing my lack of sleep and a ton of
pain and getting worse and worse every
night usually its when I sleep. I just
dont want to wake up and not be able to
move my legs or feet. Any help or
advice would be greatly appreciated.

:d yeah I thought it was a great idea,
since a lot of people about 80% of people
experience back pain sometime in life.
And for me its a everyday thing.
